Sear the Canadian Bacon, toast the English Muffin, poach the eggs and ladle on the Hollandaise. Another classic. Served with hashed browns. Pancakes or toast extra charge.
All omelettes are made with three Grade AA extra large eggs. Complimented with your choice of carrot cake muffin, blueberry muffin, an egg bagel, english muffin, white, rye, cracked wheat toast or three hot cakes. Other pancake variations are available at additional charge. Served scrambled upon request.
