Hickory smoked-bacon, lettuce, and tomato stacked between thick sliced Egg Bread. Served with crispy hash browns and pickle.

Classic Caesar Cardini Salad

Creativity led Caesar Cardini to invent the Caesar Salad in 1930. We break 100% Romaine lettuce into 2” lengths, add Cardini’s original Caesar dressing, then squeeze fresh lemon over the salad to bring out flavors, sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan cheese and cracked pepper, toss, add garlic cheese croutons, toss lightly and serve immediately.
